01 / Understanding the service

What this service covers

We start with the item’s use, essential specifications, quantity and required date. We then request comparable offers against those requirements, rather than comparing prices for different goods.

For machinery, accessories, warranties and spare-parts availability matter. For raw materials, quality specifications and an approved sample may matter more. You make the final selection and technical approval.

02 / Your starting point

Who is this for?

  • You need a production part but have no supplier.
  • You have two purchase offers and cannot tell how they differ.
03 / Our scope

What ISABO does

01

Identify and review suppliers

We find relevant sellers, review their company details and documents, and record unanswered questions for each option.

02

Compare like-for-like offers

We compare model, quantity, included items, production time, delivery terms and price.

03

Clarify purchase terms

We discuss the proforma invoice, payment timing, warranty and spare parts with the seller, then bring their answers to you for approval.

04

Follow the order

We track readiness and, where inspection is agreed, compare inspection results with your approved specifications.

04 / Expected outcome

06 / The workflow

How the work proceeds

  1. 01

    Define the purchase

We collect images, catalogues or part numbers and document the intended use, quantity and deadline.

  2. 02

    Compare offers

We summarize differences in goods, timing and sales terms so you can choose.

  3. 03

    Confirm order details

We clarify outstanding terms with the selected seller and check product, payment and acceptance details in the purchase documents.

  4. 04

    Check shipment readiness

We review production status, agreed inspections and final documents, then prepare package information for a freight quotation.

07 / Practical planning

What affects time and cost?

A dependable estimate follows a review of the actual goods, documents and agreed scope.

Clarity of specifications

A precise model, standard, quantity and target price make supplier comparison faster.

Search and verification scope

The origin country and number of suppliers to screen affect time and service cost.

Samples and inspection

Sampling or on-site quality checks add separate steps and costs.

Production and deal terms

Capacity, minimum order, lead time and negotiations on payment and delivery shape the schedule.

09 / Questions

Frequently asked questions

What if we have already found a supplier?

We can start with that offer. You may request only a review of terms, negotiation or order follow-up; a new supplier search is not required.

Can you suggest an alternative brand or part?

If alternatives are acceptable to you, we can present specification differences. Your technical approval is needed before ordering.

What does pre-shipment inspection cover?

It checks agreed aspects before dispatch, such as dimensions, appearance, function or part numbers. The scope and cost are agreed beforehand.

Who provides the machine warranty?

The seller’s obligations should be stated in the offer and purchase agreement, including duration, coverage and how to request repair or parts.
