How does an engagement with ISABO work?
Your request may be a purchasing question or cargo ready to ship. These steps show what you provide, what gets reviewed and when execution begins.
Choose a topic and submit a request

Your role and ours at each stage
- 01
Initial contact and request
Start with the help you need now; you do not have to assign every trade stage to ISABO.
- You
- Share the subject, goods, current stage, your name and contact details, or call or email the office.
- ISABO
- We match the need with available services and identify separate parts of a multi-part request.
OutcomeThe review subject and relevant service or services are identified.
- 02
Complete the necessary information
The document list depends on your request; one fixed list does not suit advice, purchasing and transport.
- You
- Provide available specifications, supplier offer, origin, destination or cargo status, and flag missing details.
- ISABO
- We review documents, differences and questions for suppliers or transport providers.
OutcomeYou receive a list of documents, gaps and who should obtain each item.
- 03
Define scope and proposal
Before execution, the work and the assumptions behind any estimate need to be clear.
- You
- State timing, constraints and expected services, and ask about unclear parts of the proposal.
- ISABO
- We explain service scope, expected outputs, responsibilities, included and excluded costs and timing assumptions.
OutcomeYou have a proposal to review; receiving one does not start an order.
- 04
Agreement and execution
Operational work starts after agreement on scope, terms and responsibilities.
- You
- Review and approve final information requiring your decision, such as product details or seller terms.
- ISABO
- We perform the agreed actions, such as supplier enquiries, document corrections or freight booking, and raise scope changes for a decision.
OutcomeExecution begins with actions and responsibilities clearly assigned.
- 05
Follow-up and outcome
The output depends on the service; an advisory review is different from cargo delivery.
- You
- Tell us about changes and respond to decisions that depend on your approval.
- ISABO
- We summarise the outcome and open points; cargo status or delivery is followed where included in the agreed scope.
OutcomeYou know the agreed output, available documents and any remaining actions.
What if the order changes?
Tell us about changes in quantity, model, readiness date or destination before the next action. Their effect on documents, cost and schedule is reviewed; work outside the earlier scope needs its own terms.
Does submitting the form start an order?
No. It records your request. Review, scope, terms and cost agreement are separate steps.
What if I have already completed part of the work?
We can start at the stage where you need help. If you already have a seller and pro forma, you may request only document review or freight.
Can time and cost be fixed before document review?
Reliable estimates need the goods, quantity, handover point, documents and service scope. Open items and separately quoted costs should be identified in the proposal.
Start at your current stage.
Describe the goods, work already done and the main question.
